Last night we did our very last track workout before the big run on Sunday. We ran a quick lap for warm up and then a nice easy slow 2 miles. Should have been easy, right?
About 1 minute after we started jogging I felt a side stitch that did not go away until we stopped running. This of course sent me into panic mode. I have decided that it could be any of the following things:
1.) ANOTHER pulled abdominal muscle
2.) A hernia
4.) The problem is in my head
5.) Side stitch
6.) Massive internal organ failure
Omg, y’all. Marci says that every ache and pain the week before the marathon seems like a race ending injury. MARCI IS RIGHT. She is also convinced we are getting a hurricane on Sunday. I hope she’s wrong about that one.
